Bidwell ID is a strategic design firm. We view every project—Web sites, print and branding—through a strategic lens. Why? Because we believe that fusing creativity and strategy is the only way to solve communications problems, and since 1999 we’ve delivered on that pledge.

In 2005, we organized and hosted BrandNew, a sold-out event that was the first branding symposium in the region. Our clients know that we can handle any idea—from a hospital capital campaign to an edgy microbrewery identity—and turn to us for innovative, full-service branding.

Our office is in the city of Northampton, a cosmopolitan crossroads to Boston and New York located in Western Massachusetts, and a rural bastion of free-thinking complexity and creativity. Our neighborhood of Florence was once home to Sojourner Truth, and was the birthplace of the plastic toothbrush handle—symbols of lofty vision and practical regimen that strong design demands.
